Use by Downloading Files

The User understands that the logos and related files contained in this site are the property of their respective owners, and are offered as a convenience for their lawful use with proper permission from the owner or its agent. By setting up a Logo Account, the Account Owner warrants that they are the Owner or Authorized Agent of the company, and as such, has the authority to administer the uploading of artwork, graphics and related files that belong to the company, and accepts responsibility for the download security level of those files. They also agree to indemnify and hold LogoHost harmless from any suit, demand, or claim made by reason of breach of this warranty. They are hereby notified that their Account can be monitored and must be used for legal purposes only, and the Account can be frozen or cancelled by LogoHost at its discretion.
